These terms apply to the public Hellenurm website. The scope of software development, infrastructure implementation and support is agreed separately in a proposal or contract.

The website is operated by OÜ TDHG, registry code 17549977. Hellenurm is the client-services brand of OÜ TDHG. Contact hello@tdhg.ee.

Service enquiries

The descriptions on this website explain areas of work and previous solutions. Sending an enquiry is not an order and does not create a payment obligation. Scope, price, schedule, handover and ongoing responsibilities are confirmed separately.

The website does not automatically promise round-the-clock support, a particular availability percentage or a universal recovery time. These depend on the particular solution and agreement.

Content and rights

Website text, design, logos and project screenshots belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing published work does not grant permission to copy its source code, trademarks or design. You may link to this website and use its content to the extent permitted by law.

Handover of a client project’s source code, access credentials and usage rights is governed by the project agreement, not these website terms.

Using the website

Do not disrupt the website, attempt to access restricted systems or use the contact details for unsolicited bulk messages. Report a security issue directly by email, including information needed to reproduce it without copying other people’s data.

When you visit an external website, its own terms apply. Project screenshots document a particular solution; they do not establish an external service’s current status or availability.
